The cutters are capable of milling two 1/8" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 5/16" thickness. The plastic moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left moulding cutters for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
