1/8" Radius Edge - 21

This double-radius edge 1/8" - 21 measures 1.312" thickness; the width can be milled to any size within the parameters of the machinery. The cutters can mill two 1/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-5/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
