1/8" Radius Edge - 19

This double 1/8" radius edge - 19 measures 1.250" thickness; the width is milled to the desired size during machining. The knives can mill two 1/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads on the machinery, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
