1/8" Radius Edge - 17

This double-radius edge 1/8" - 17 measures .875" thickness, necessitating five-quarter lumber for milling. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 7/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the machine, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
