1/8" Radius Edge - 15

This 1/8" - 15 double-radius edge measures two inches in thickness if milling from the right & left cutterheads. It would require eight-quarter lumber at fluctuating widths. If you're milling from the top and bottom cutter heads, the thickness is changeable, and the width is fixed at two inches. The knives can mill two 1/8" round-overs on the top and bottom or right and left corners. The acrylic template is moved over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture knives for any cutter heads on the machine. This action will enable all four edges of the lumber to get milled simultaneously.
