1/8" Radius Edge - 12

This double 1/8" radius edge - 12 measures .625" in thickness, and the width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the detail. The profile mills two 1/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 5/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber milled simultaneously.
