1/8" Radius Edge - 10

This 1/8" - 10 double-radius edge measures .500" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber; the width can be milled to any size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile can cut two 1/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1/2" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
