1/8" Radius Edge - 1

This 1/8" - 1 double-radius edge measures 1.125" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The cutters can mill two 1/8" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
