1/16" Radius Edge - 5
This double 1/16" - 5 radius edge measures .687" thickness. The profile can mill two 1/16" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 11/16" thickness. The plastic moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
