1/16" Radius Edge - 3
This double-radius edge 1/16" - 3 measures .750" in thickness, and widths are milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The profile can mill two 1/16" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3/4" thickness. The template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
