1/16" Radius Edge - 12

This double 1/16" radius edge - 12 measures 1.500" in thickness. The eased edge profile can mill two 1/16" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/2" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture right or left knives, enabling all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously. The thickness and width are adjustable to an extensive range of various sizes.

You may only need blades for a specific cutter head on the itemized costs, saving money by employing knives you already own. On most of our radius edge designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the cutters to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
