These Double .040" Radius Edge Moulding - 5 are capable of milling two .040" radius on a piece of lumber finishing 3-1/2" in thickness, the profile knives are designed to be milled from a vertical moulder spindle so the widths can be adjusted to any size. This size is generally the most common radius of your finish grinding wheel although some of you may utilize a 1.5-millimetre wide wheel instead then you could go smaller size if needed. You can easily mill all four edges of the lumber simply by producing a set of knives for both the left and right cutter heads.
