WM 103 Quarter Round 1-1/16"

This WM 103 quarter-round 1-1/16" measures 1.062" in width by 1.062" in thickness. The familiar profile comprises a 1-1/16 radius quarter circle. This professionally drafted cad dxf file contains two high-precision template designs to create cutters for this quarter-round detail, one for milling a single profile like the one in the image above and the other for milling two shapes simultaneously. We suggest using 1-5/16" wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for milling on commercial machinery.

Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
