This 49/64" - 3 applied moulding would make a beautiful cabinet door part, shelf edge, or screen mould. It comprises a two-tangent radius dome shape on the top left. It transitions downward to a 3/16" concave semicircle in the center with a 3/32" radius half bead on the designs right side. The pattern measures .765" in width by .324" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/16" wide.
Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
