Applied Moulding 5/8" - 33

This beautiful 5/8" - 33 applied moulding comprises a 5/16" half circle flanked by a 3/64" flat line segment on top, joined to a 1/4" cove on the design's right side. This unique split two custom plant-on profile utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time. The profiles measure 5/8" in width by .375" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-11/16" wide.

Caution: the blades will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
