Applied Moulding 5/8" - 28

This Applied Moulding 5/8" - 28 measures .625" wide by .375" thickness, with a .385" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters. Caution; the moulding knives will come within .010" of the machine bedplates. We strongly recommend a sacrificial bed plate be used while milling this detail.

The profile is comprised of a 3/16" wide horizontal fillet, which transitions into two 7/32" tangent radiuses that create a cyma recta. Utilize some of your fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time. As with every split wood pattern, we recommend installing an anti-kickback device on the machinery before attempting to mill any of our multiple profiles.
