Applied Moulding 1/2" - 3

This Plant On/Applied Moulding 1/2" - 3 measures .500" wide by .250" thickness, with a .260" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives. Caution; the moulding knives will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail; we suggest a sacrificial bedplate, and antikickback device be used for these milling operations. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom moulding knife profile.

The clover leaf-shaped profile is comprised of a 1/8" radius half-circle flanked by two 1/8" radius quarter circles. The detail can be used as a plant on/applied moulding on shelf edges or screen moulding.
