Applied Moulding 1/2" - 15

This ogee applied moulding 1/2" - 15 measures .500" wide by .500" thickness, allowing the use of fall-off rips of four-quarter lumber. The glass bead profile contains a 3/16" broad line segment that transitions into a two-tangent radius ogee. The detail is milled as shown for hold-down purposes; however, it is installed with the tall squared sides against the door stile and rail. Double production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom glass bead profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into pieces.
