This tiny applied moulding 1/2" - 14 measures .500" width by .375" thickness, requiring a 1-7/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. This unique split two custom applied profile utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time. It composes an 11/32" broad half-circle connected to a 5/32" flat line segment, leaving a 7/32" thickness on the design's right side.
