Applied Moulding 15/32"

This tiny plant on moulding 15/32" measures .468" wide by .344" thickness. The applied profile is commonly used in the production of kitchen cabinet doors where the panel meets the stile and rails. The simplistic shape is comprised of an 11/64" radius half round bead connected to a 7/64" broad horizontal line, leaving an 11/64" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design.

Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom panel trim profile. Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into pieces.
