This beautiful picture rail moulding 2-1/2" - 17 measures 2.500" wide by .812" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The elegant profile contains a 3/16" vertical line segment joined to a 5/16" radius three-quarter round bead on the top left. The semicircle connects to a 9/32" broad fillet merged with a one-inch wide congee derived from a 5/32" cove in the center. Attached to a tiny vertical step joined to a graceful two-tangent radius ogee on the design's right side.
