This custom plant on/applied moulding 2-1/4" - 23 measures 2.250" wide by 1.250" thickness, permitting a 2-1/2" wide piece of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The bold profile contains a 53/64" wide bullnose on the top left. The half-round bead connects to a 1/8" wide fillet joined to a two tangent radius scotia in the center. The concave semicircles merge with a 5/16" flat line segment and a two-tangent radius ogee on the design's right side.
