This beautiful applied moulding 2" - 48 measures 2.000" width by 1.062" thickness necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The attractive plant on detail contains a 41/64" bullnose joined to an 11/64" broad fillet on the top left. Connected to a 59/64" broad congee derived from a 39/64" concave semicircular arc with a 3/32" rolled edge in the center; merged with a 17/64" quarter round on the right side of the design.
Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
