This fancy applied moulding 2" - 40 measures 2.000" width by .812" thickness, enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The plant on detail contains a 5/16" cove merged with a 3/32" broad flat line on the top left. The fillet connects to a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 1/16" sunk fillet in the center joined to a small decorative ogee, leaving a 3/16" thickness measurement on the right side of the design.
