This flat astragal plant on/applied moulding 1-3/4" - 8 measures 1.750" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The established symmetrical profile is comprised of a 3/4" wide half-round circle on the top, flanked by two 3/16" broad horizontal line segments that attach to a 5/16" cove, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on each side edge of the pattern.
