This decorative plant on/applied moulding 1-5/8" - 5 measures 1.625" width by .625" thickness enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The designer profile contains a 7/64" broad fillet on the top left connected to a quarter circle that joins a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature on the right side of the design.
Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
