This opulent applied moulding 1-5/16" - 9 measures 1.312" width by .500" thickness, requiring a 1-9/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The distinctive beak profile contains an 11/64" quarter round joined to a 21/64" convex arc on the top left. It connects to a 1/16" center point tangent to a 15/64" and 53/64 concave semicircles with a 1/8" convex arc merged with a tiny fillet and a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
