This Stepped Plant On Moulding 1-1/4" - 55 measures 1.250" wide by .375" thickness, with a .250" depth of cut on the top horizontal profile knives.
The bidirectional tiered profile is comprised of a 3/4" wide sunk fillet in the center, attached to two 1/8" wide by 1/8" tall steps on each side edge of the pattern. This moulding design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
