This Flat Astragal Applied Moulding 1-1/4" - 17 comprises a 13/32" wide half-round circle flanked by two 1/8" wide horizontal fillets, joined to two tangent 11/64" radiuses creating the cyma recta/ogee on each side of the design. The classy, symmetrical profile measures 1.250" wide by .625" thick. Caution, the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail; we suggest a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
