Picture Frame 5" - 3

This sumptuous picture frame 5" - 3 measures 5.000" wide by 1.750" thickness, necessitating a 5-1/4" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The extravagant profile contains a 3/32" vertical line segment, tangent to a 1-25/32" convex arc with a 17/64" fillet on the left side. The flat line connects to a free-flowing three tangent radii s-shaped curvature in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 15/64" horizontal line segment attached to an elongated half-circle with a small ogee and a 3/64" eased edge on the designs right side. The rabbet dimension for the artwork is 1/2" tall by 1/2" wide.
