Picture Frame 4-3/8" - 2

This extravagant picture frame 4-3/8" - 2 measures 4.375" wide by 1.750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of eight-quarter lumber. The ornate profile is composed of a 3/4" tall vertical line segment with a 3/16" rounded edge on the bottom left, connected to an as small vertical line that transitions into a beak-shaped design on the top, joined to a 19/64" wide half round bead with a 7/64" wide fillet that merges with a 1-9/32" radius scotia in the center, attached to a series of two steep steps that join to a 27/64" wide half circle flanked by small line segments with a 3/8" cove on the right side of the pattern. The rabbet for the artwork dimension is 3/8" wide by 5/8" tall, this area can be slightly adjusted in height to your specific needs with a simple axial adjustment on the left vertical cutter head on the machinery.
