This ornate picture frame measures 3-3/4" wide by 2-3/32" thickness and this detailed and unique profile have too many intricate portions to describe correctly. It will require three profiling spindles on an industrial molder to manufacture this pattern, right, left, and top. The top cut will be significant to eliminate potential finish problems. It will require a custom pressure shoe to hold this profile down on the bedplate while milling.
