Picture Frame 3-9/16" - 1

This unique picture frame 3-9/16" – 1 measure 3.562" in width by 1.093" in thickness, requiring 3-13/16" wide blanks of five or six-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The upper left symmetrical section contains a shallow 9/16" cove on the left. It connects to a 27/32" cavetto flanked by small sunk and raised fillets. The right edge transitions downward to a 149/64" flat section in the center with three cascading raised fillets on the design's right side. The rabbet dimension for the artwork are 5/16" wide by 5/16" tall. The height of the notch gets adjusted to any specific needs with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head.
