Picture Frame 2-7/8" - 2

This unique picture frame 2-7/8" - 2 measures 2.875" in width by 1.750" in thickness. We advocate utilizing 3-1/8" wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for milling on commercial machinery. The decorative custom profile comprises a 1/2" tall vertical line with a 1/16" rolled edge joined to a 7/64" miniature fillet and a 19/64" concave semicircle that tapers outward on the left side. The top retains two short raised fillets divided by a 7/32" hollow section with 1/16" rolled edges on the left. The inner radius connects to a steep downsloping concave semicircle in the center. The cove relates to an additionally raised area with a short flat line and a 1/4" cove on the design's right edge. The rabbet for the artwork measures 5/16" wide by 3/8" tall; this area is adjustable in height with axial movement of the left cutter head on the machinery.
