Mirror Frame 2-1/2" - 18

This gorgeous mirror frame 2-1/2" - 18 measures 2.500" wide by 1.500" thickness, necessitating the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The striking profile is composed of a 1/8" wide line segment with a 3/64" eased edge at a 3/4" thickness dimension on the top left, attached to a high 1-9/64" wide half circle and a 3/16" wide horizontal fillet in the center, connected to a 3/8" cove and a decorative 1/2" wide bead joined to a 3/16" horizontal line with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design. The rabbet dimension for a standard mirror is 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall. The height of the notch can be adjusted with a simple axial movement of the left cutter head on the moulder.
