This Stylish Picture Frame 2-1/2" - 14 measures 2.500" wide by 1.500" thickness with a 1.075" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutter, a .454" depth of cut on the right side, and a .312" depth of cut on the left vertical moulder cutter head. The innovative profile is comprised of a series of tangent radiuses that create a cove-like design on the outside of the detail; the top consists of a double radius edge fillet that transitions into an elevation-changing beveled line attached to a 3/8" wide eased edge fillet positioned above the 5/16" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on the inside edge of the detail. This Cad-generated Dxf file contains three skillfully drafted moulding templates for creating custom moulding knives for this pattern.
