Picture Frame 2-1/2" - 1

This multi-stepped 2-1/2" - 1 picture frame measures 2.500" wide by 2.078" tall. The beautiful profile has southwestern overtones throughout the design. It is composed of a 1-5/16" radius semicircular arc on top, flanked by two elevation drop to a 3/8" wide segment on the left, the rabbet measures 1-1/8" tall by 7/16" wide, the right side consists of a series of four stepped changes in elevation leaving a 19/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this creative picture frame pattern. Our high precision acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
