This slightly arched mirror/picture frame 2-7/16" - 5 measures 2.437" wide by .812" thickness, assuring the pattern can be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The contemporary designed profile is composed of a 6-3/32" radius semicircular arc with 1/8" rounded edges that transitions the thickness to roughly 23/32" on the side edges, the rabbet dimension is 5/16" wide by 1/2" tall for the artwork or mirror, you could use any sized rabbet to fit your specific needs.
