Picture Frame 2-7/16"

This opulent picture frame 2-7/16" measures 2.437" wide by 1.625" thickness, requiring the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The sumptuous profile is comprised of a 13/32" tall vertical line segment on the bottom left, attached to a 9/16" high by 3/32" deep concave semicircle with a 3/8" tall line above the cove on the upper left, the top is composed of a one-inch wide convex arc flanked by two 9/64" fillets with a 3/64" eased outer edge, attached to a deep down-sloping scotia the returns upward to a tiny 13/64" wide half round bead bordered by small fillets and a 1/8" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design. The rabbet dimension to surround the artwork is 3/8" wide by 1/2" tall, the height of the notch can be adjusted with a simple axial movement on the moulder.
