Picture Frame 2-1/4" - 5

This beautiful picture frame 2-1/4" - 5 measures 2.250" wide by .812" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled from four quarter lumber. The lovely profile is composed of a 3/32" wide flat line with a 3/64" eased edge on the left, joined to a 17/32" raised fillet that connects to a 33/64" wide by 5/32" deep channel for inserting a decorative piece of rope moulding in the center, attached to another slightly larger raised fillet, merged with a 3/16" cove flanked by perpendicular notches leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension above the 5/16" wide by 7/16" tall rabbet for the artwork.
