Picture Frame 1-5/32"

This picture frame measures 1-5/32" wide by 2-13/32" tall, the profile is ornate and retains a fairly large number of geometrical shapes that transition smoothly into one another creating the elegant look you're currently viewing. This moulding will require three profile machining stations on a moulder to create this pattern. The profile is oriented laying horizontally during the milling process, the top of the moulding would be machined from the right spindle, the rabbet on the top spindle, (this is so you can place your moulder's hold down element into the rabbeted area) and the bottom spindle would mill the cavetto on the back side of the detail, all three patterns are included in the downloadable template ready dxf file.
