Picture Frame 1" - 12

This double rabbeted picture frame 1" - 12 measures 1.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The unique profile is composed of a 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on the left side used for attaching a second part of the frame, connected to a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep stepped line segment on top, joined to a 1/4" radius ovolo with a 1/16" wide fillet, merged with a 3/16" cove leaving a 3/16" edge thickness above the 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall rabbet for the artwork.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this small picture frame molding. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path expediting the production process.
