Picture Frame 1" - 10

This custom picture frame 1" - 10 measures 1.000" wide by .875" tall, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The unique profile is composed of a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/8" chamfer on the left edge and a 3/64" eased edge on the right side, the rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 11/16" tall, this area can be adjusted in height by a simple axial movement of the left cutter head on the molder.
