This custom 7/8"- 7-panel mould measures .875" wide by .937" thickness, permitting the design to be milled out of five-quarter lumber. The eye-catching profile is composed of a 3/8" wide half-round bead flanked by a 1/16" wide line segment on the top left, attached to a 1/2" radius cove leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 5/8" tall, the rabbet height can be adjusted to any specific size with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head.
