Panel Mould 7/8" - 1

This decorative 7/8" - 1-panel mould measures .875" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The elevation changing profile is composed of a 3/16" cavetto positioned above the 3/16" wide by 7/16" tall rabbet for the panel on the left, attached to a 5/64" broad line segment merged with a 9/64" semicircular arc tangent to a down-sloping 64.532-degree angled line with a 3/32" cove in the center, connected to a 1/8" cavetto leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
