Panel Mould 13/16" - 6

This beautiful 13/16" - 6-panel mould measures .812" width by .500" thickness, requiring a 1-1/16" wide piece of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive profile contains a 5/64" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left. The small cavetto connects with a tiny flat line with a 7/64"rolled inner edge, joined to a small fillet and a 3/16" cove with a minuscule ogee on the design's right side. The back side rabbet dimensions are 1/8" wide by 3/8" tall. Caution: When milling this detail, the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
