This tiny 3/4" - 6-panel mould measures .750" wide by .500" thick. The innovative profile comprises a 1/8" broad segment above the rabbet, connected to a two-tangent radius cyma reversa in the middle with a 1/8" wide half circle on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 1/8" wide by 1/4" tall. The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
