Panel Mould 3/4" - 5

This eye-catching 3/4" - 5 panel mould measures .750" wide by .562" thick. The appealing profile is comprised of a two-tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, attached to a 3/32" wide half-round circle above the rabbet and a 9/64" wide half-round bead on the thin edge. The back side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall. Caution: When cutting this detail, the blades will come within .020" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
