Panel Mould 21/32"

This small 21/32" panel mould measures .656" wide by .656" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 3/8" wide half-round circle attached to a 5/64" wide horizontal line, joined to a 7/32" radius cove leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the detail, the backside rabbet dimension is 3/16" wide by 5/16" tall. Caution: The blades will come within .015" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.

The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the side knives, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
