Panel Mould 5/8" - 2

This 5/8" - 2-panel mould measures .625" wide by .875" thickness. The profile is composed of a 3/8" wide horizontal line on top, connected to a seventy-four degree beveled line, the back side is rabbet dimension is 1/8" wide by 3/4" tall. Caution: When cutting this detail, the blades will come within .013" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.

The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the side knives, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
